Dear Home-Ec 101,So I uncovered your post looking for some concepts for handling our difficult water worries here in Florida. I’m in college for biomed engineering so I appreciated the explacountries you offered. I have a question and assumed via your background you can recognize the answer, or understand which direction to allude me in.

My question is, what would certainly the ideal profile of the water be pH, hardiness, total alkalinity or buffering, etc…? I would certainly assume a pretty neutral pH and also low as I could get hardness concentrations, yet in my experiments through a full tub and mixed water, soap and also softening agent’s, I seem to always be trading one right at the price of an additional. Borax and washing soda sregularly the water good, but I carry out alert the pH rises pretty high.
